If you’re looking for a Christmas party venue with privacy to really let your hair down, come and see us at our 10-acre venue on the beautiful Kapiti Coast. 

Here, you can escape to another world and celebrate the end the year surrounded by open grassy spaces, tall Rimu trees, bright, blooming hydrangeas and aromatic roses. 

Located just an hour from Palmerston North and Wellington, our secluded venue is available for evening and day-to-night Christmas parties.

All Christmas party bookings in November and December 2026 include:

Our 2026 Christmas party packages are quoted to suit your unique group size, event duration and staffing required. As an indication minimum pricing is from below:

• Daytime functions from $1500

• Evening functions from $1500

• Daytime into evening functions from $2000

Eat, drink and be merry

We work closely with four wonderful caterers with varying styles, menus and budget - something to suit everyone. Canapes, fork and bowl, sharing platters or seated meals - they can do it all.

These caterers provide experienced waiters and bar staff, along with a function Manager to run the event. Check out their mouthwatering tucker!

We are a BYO alcohol venue with no corkage charge, but our catering partners can provide beverages if you wish. We have a fully equipped indoor bar with three separate fridges available, and no problem to set one up outside too.

Private hire of our Garden Spa and Villa — cedar barrel sauna, cold plunge, wood-fired hot tub, and garden — privately for your group. Minimum 6 guests, maximum 20.

BYO catering: bring your own food and drinks. Price includes full hireage of cutlery, crockery, and glassware for your group to use in the Villa. Catering itself is not included — though catered menu options are available on request.

A$500 deposit secures your date. Final guest numbers due 7 days prior.
